My Three Boys

Three boys playing together during a candid family lifestyle photography session

The Beauty of Everyday Motherhood

This is not about perfect moments. Instead, it is about the real ones, the loud, messy, beautiful parts of life that don’t feel important in the moment but end up meaning everything later.

Sometimes, the days feel ordinary while I am living them. However, when I step back, I realize they are the ones I will miss most.

My three boys are exactly that.

Life With Three Boys

In our home, they are loud in the best way. They are always moving, always in motion, and there is usually a game happening, a debate unfolding, or some kind of competition happening somewhere in the house.

At any given moment, someone is running, someone is hungry, and someone is rewriting the rules halfway through the game.

Even so, they all believe they are right.

The Kind of Chaos That Becomes Beautiful Later

What I didn’t expect about raising boys is how much laughter would live inside the chaos.

It is not the quiet, controlled kind of life.

Instead, it is the real kind.

The kind where someone laughs so hard they cannot finish a sentence, where wrestling slowly turns into hugs without anyone noticing. The kind where everything is loud, yet it somehow still feels like home.

Three Completely Different Personalities

Each of them brings something different into our home.

One of them is pure energy, always moving like he is halfway into a sprint.

Another notices everything and asks questions that stop me in my tracks.

Meanwhile, the third is the connector, the one who brings everyone back together when things get too loud.

Together, they create both chaos and connection in the same breath.

The Hard Days Are Real Too

Of course, not every day feels light.

Some days, I feel pulled in every direction. On other days, quiet feels unfamiliar. Then there are nights when I wonder how everything moved so fast.

Still, those days matter just as much.

The Moments I Hold Onto

And yet, in the middle of it all, there are moments that stay with me.

A hand reaches for mine without thinking.
Three boys end up piled on the couch like they still fit perfectly there.
Laughter fills the background while I quietly take it all in.

Those are the moments I never want to forget.

What Motherhood Has Changed in Me

Being their mom has shaped how I see everything.

Now I know the best moments are rarely the perfect ones.

Instead, they are the real ones.

The ones you do not plan, do not stage. The ones you only understand later when you realize they mattered more than you thought.

Why This Matters in My Work

This is why storytelling through photography means so much to me.

Because I get to preserve moments for other families in the same way I wish I could hold onto more of my own.

The loud ones. The messy ones. The beautifully ordinary ones that quietly become everything.
